The company has not addressed when my refund that is due to me because the package did not arrive on the day that was promised after the recipient was at the [redacted] office in Mexico all afternoon waiting for it , I have given as much information as was available to me as a consumer to this Company however they have repeatedly failed to claim my refund and mail it to me I understand that Postal Express is the middle person between [redacted] and the customer , however The proper way for my refund to be process is thru Postal Express as [redacted] express to me , [redacted] representative 'Nancy ' was the one that told me to make sure this company process my refund and she gave me her phone number which I have provided a couple of times to Ash at Postal Express , I failed to recognize why this is such a lengthy process for them and why their explanation for their lack of attention to a customer keeps happening , I have track my package several times when this was happening, yet their explanation given is farther from what I was told by [redacted] , their lack of follow up has caused me to delayed my refund I don't want this company's explanation I want my refund that is due to me for if they won't issue it then they need to tell so and stop beating around for excuses when I have provided every communication I had , if my refund is not mailed to me I will process a claim thru the small claims court

Review: Squeaky Clean is a House Cleaning Service which I have used a few times and also referred other people for use including my daughter who do use their services. Squeaky Clean services were good not great but they did complete the job. Let me explain my son is attending Dental school in the fall and is in the process of moving into an apartment so I called Squeaky Clean for a Move In service. Now be advised I walked through this apartment once it is older and I know it probably needed some assistance in the cleaning department. I called Squeaky Clean gave her the address she said she could do it for me (gave her a months notice). She called said she could not get into the parking space provided, I told her there was off street parking if she could find any, said she would try but continued to tell me the place would take more time and she was already 1 1/2 late hours late because her GPS could not find it.I said do what you think and let me know. I never heard back from her, went over later in the evening & she had done nothing. I texted her she ranted on and on how she had lost 1/2 day because of me and said she would never do anything for me again. I told her I was sorry she felt like that & I wouldn't be referring her either. She sent me a text that was so rude an unprofessional even to the point of calling me a very rude name. Now my home that she cleaned many times before is an older home and we are in the process of remodeling it she told me she was certainly glad I was because my home was disgusting. If she is telling me that about my home I can only imagine what she says about other peoples homes that she is collecting money from. You should not be in the business of cleaning homes if you cannot hold your comments to yourself, her profession is to CLEAN, not to judge and these people/clients are calling you to help not hinder. I don't want anyone else that is thinking of having their homes cleaned use her service. She is so unprofessional. That is my reason for this complaintDesired Settlement: That she is made aware of her actions/there is not need for someone to react to a client like she did. If that is the case she should not be in the business she is in.
