Had a family emergency, have been unavailable for a few weeks.   Refunding the money.

Review: I visit this business very often to wash my car. Generally, the equipment operates without issue, however, I have used the vacuum several times where it took my quarters without working and I never complained. Recently, I visited the car wash, it was empty and everything seemed normal. I put my money into the machine and selected my wash. The machine told me to then wait until it was ready for me to pull forward. The state of the car was never changed, it appears that the wash assumed a car was in it already and when I drove through it my car was not recognized and no wash began. I attempted to get a refund from the machine without success. I called the telephone number and left at least 5 voice mails in the past week or two with no response. If $6 was taken from me, what happens when you compound that over many customers? I also wrote an email with no response. Who will take responsibility for this business? I have resorted to this complaint.Desired Settlement: $7.00 ($6.00 for car wash (or lack there of) and $1.00 in lost quarters and time). I also believe a free car wash would be appropriate. Take care of your long term customers!!!!!

Review: I went to the carwash about 2 weeks ago. I paid $10 in cash and did not get a receipt of sales. I drove into the carwash and it told me to drive forward which I did. Then it told me to back up which I also did. After driving forward and backing up several times, nothing happened and the machine cut off. The car did not get washed at all so I did not get the service I paid for. I called the service help line listed as ###-###-#### and it goes to voicemail everytime. I have left several messages with my name and number and even email contact over the course of 2 weeks and never received a call back. I then went online to look at reviews which I wish I had done before going since alot of customers were dissatisfied and were also ripped off, i.e,the carwash was broken for them also and they called and never recieved a response or refund. I believe it is criminal to steal customer money and false advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to give the myself and other people a refund and I would like to see it shut down for good.
