We have stayed at the *** Cape Coral,Fla and the *** Marathon Florida during the last years and never,ever,had a problem taking our pet withWe did not get placed in a dog room with urine on the carpets or disrespected like we did at the Holiday Inn Express in Cape CoralGod,we even left before the freebie breakfast the next morningWe both experienced stomach distress for a day after our experienceThe local Express told us we booked under a 3rd party and should complain in their ears to get back our paid up front booking fees.I'm to old to go around with 3rd party booking site and expect some consideration from the money payed out for nights and stressed out due to the kennel situation of the room they put us inWas so bad I decided to drive our dog back home minutes away and go back to the hotel with out himFor the $plus paid we feel that,to put int bluntly, we got screwed over and didn't by the reading of the rules by the front deskPlease let us

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have enclosed pictures of the interior of my windows and the exterior. My dispute is in reference to the windows that they said were cleaned when the screens were replaced. This is impossible because the screens cannot be pulled out from the outside of my home. They can only be removed from inside the home. I'm also disputing that they clean the screens.

This customer didn't contact us directly, her mother contacted us and requested an estimate for exterior window cleaning for her doughtier house. After her mother received estimate from us, she called our office and scheduled the window cleaning to be done on September 8 at 11 AM. On September 8th...

it was raining during most of the day and we rescheduled all of our other jobs on that day but we couldn't get hold  of her because we didn't have a phone number and hoping that she would call us. By next day we didn't receive any calls from her and we worked in the area and decided to stop by and see if any one would be home. When we got there no one was home but we decided to see if we can wash their windows. They have double hungs windows with screens on lower part of the window. We were able to pull screens from outside and washed all their windows and popped screens back in once window was washed.  When we were about to leave her mother pulled in, I've talked to her, explained that we were able to clean all their windows, she signed work order and asked us to mail them invoice. She explained that her doughtier will send a check once comes back from vacation on Monday September 14th and this is surprise for her. Then couple hours later same day she called us  and started accusing us that we didn't wash their windows behind the screen. I've told her that we washed all exterior windows, what she might see is must be on inside. Because her interior windows were dirtier then on outside, I noticed that at the time of cleaning. She also said that she does not notice any water an her window frames. Well it was about 80 degrees that day and water dries on windows, frames almost immediately.  Then she said her doughtier will call us on Monday. So when Rocky [redacted] ([redacted]) called us for the first time started accusing us that we didn't do the job and not going to pay for it and going to leave complaint to Revdex.com.

The owner of this franchise came to our home and gave us an estimate in which we accepted. He then set up a date to perform our tile roof cleaning, which was approximately 10 days from the time of the estimate. 5 days later, my husband received this email."Hello Hazem, I am writing to inform you that I feel it would be best if you used another company for the roof cleaning and pressure washing we scheduled for Monday March 9th. I will not be performing this service for you and have removed it from my schedule. Thanks."

XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX Both my husband and myself replied to this email asking why, and we did not receive a response. We feel we were owed an explanation and an apology for wasting our time. This is very poor and highly unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
