Squeeky Clean

Review: I hired Squeeky Clean to repair and stain my front and back decks in April (2013). Dan Link - representing the company - was very professional up front, however, the job on the back deck was sloppy and very unprofessional. Boards for railings had been cut too short and used anyway, the supports for the steps had been damaged (possible safety issue) and covered but not repaired, and the staining was shoddily applied while some areas were missed completely. Once I informed Dan that I was dissatisfied with the work he agreed to return to make corrections. At that time I supplied pictures I had taken of the damage and poor work, but I have not heard from Dan or anyone associated with Squeeky Clean since (early May). I have emailed many times since and called and left messages but I have not heard back from anyone.Desired Settlement: I no longer trust this company to complete the work properly and would prefer they refund the entire amount paid up front with any remaining balance canceled and the account closed.
