Don't do business with this company! I was sent a defective squirrel proof bird feeder that was completely useless The top wouldn't even stay on, let alone the "squirrel proof" component, so useless even as a plain old feeder Contacted "Mike" who admitted he had quality control issues and promised to send me a replacement part Well, weeks went by and nothing but promises to fix it After a month of chasing him down, since he stopped responding to my emails, and the phone number on the website is just a phone message saying to contact by email for customer service, I tracked him down by cell phone: *** from the original shipping label He promised a return label so I could ship the unit back for a refund Surprise, weeks of pestering and no label I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and he finally emailed to say he had sent a label and it was my fault I didn't get it due to a problem with my email Yeah, right, Mike I never received a label and suggested he try faxing, mailing, whatever Still nothing Revdex.com contacted him again and he said he mailed the label Still no sign of it and I'm out $and left with a piece of junk Mike D*** and his Squirrel Boss and V*** LLC are a bunch of crooks Don't buy from him, you will regret it and if you try to resolve matters you will be insulted and treated rudely by a very irresponsible business owner Nice work, Mike, now I understand why your company didn't make the cut on S*** T***

I PURCHASED 2 SQUIRREL BOSS FEEDERS AFTER SEEING THEM ON SHARK TANK. AFTER I RECEIVED THEM, I DID NOT OPEN IMMEDIATELY. AFTER A FEW WEEKS, I OPENED ONE TO DISCOVER THAT THE TOP OF THE FEEDER IS MADE OUT OF PLASTIC. IREALIZED THIS MATERIAL WOULD BE CHEWED THROUGH BY THE SQUIRRELS, THEREFORE, I WANTED TO RETURN THEM. AFTER RETURNING BOTH FEEDERS, I DID NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT. I TEXTED AND ASKED WHEN I COULD EXPECT MY CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD. I WAS TOLD THAT THE FEEDERS WERE CORRODED AND OBVIOUSLY THEY HAD BEEN PLACED OUTDOORS. I SWORE ON A BIBLE I HAD NEVER HAD THEM OUTDOORS AND I RETURNED THEM IN CONDITION THAT I RECEIVED THEM.. THE PRODUCTS WERE RECEIVED BY SQUIRREL BOSS ON MARCH 6TH.......I WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD THE CREDIT WAS BEING ISSUED. I FINALLY HAD TO PUT A DISPUITE IN WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. IT HAS TAKEN FROM MARCH 6TH AND INVOLVEMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD CO. TO GET A CREDIT ISSUED TO MY CREDIT CARD. SQUIRREL BOSS NEVER ISSUED THE CREDIT.....MY CREDIT CARD ISSUED THE REVERSED CHARGE. ON MAY 26TH......I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND URGE OTHER UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS TO BEWARE.....NOT HONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE.
