I need something in writing, like on their letterhead, a paper letter stating my correct mileage. I have not received this is in e-mail format, written format or voice mail format. All I have received is calls to call them back. After all this trouble I need it in writing should I sell my 2016 Subaru I need written proof.
Regards,
[redacted]

We apologize that the resolution the customer proposed and we executed is no longer satisfactory. The vehicle passed all inspections and met all Wisconsin state requirements at time of sale. With no obligation to do so, we attempted to help with the issue in question well after the vehicle was out...

of the dealership's possession. We are glad that the customer found a vehicle that meets their needs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [redacted] Sommer is unwilling to admit that his employee(s) lied to us in order to facilitate a Glasscoat sale. He simply deflects and talks about the product, which I may have purchased had any of his employees been able to confirm the statement that the government had changed the paint specs for all car manufacturers to require them to use water-based paint. Revdex.com expects me to give a “truthful account of my experience with the business.” I can only assume Revdex.com expects the same of the businesses they rate. Apologizing for “what I mentioned” is an ambiguous, perfunctory, and hollow attempt to not openly admit and apologize for his employee's lie.

Yeah, I bet you're sorry for all the horror we went through.  But you're not sorry that you stole $2000 from us, nor are you sorry that you spent our money on a nice vacation for you and your family.  I'm also very happy that you're happy that we found another vehicle elsewhere.  As a matter of fact, it's such a nice vehicle (as compared to the one you sold us for MORE money) that we're planning to store it winters and are now in the market for another vehicle.  Guess where we WON'T be buying another truck from...we actually found one on your website - which was exactly what my husband is looking for.  But, said,"no...it's not worth the risk.  They don't stand behind what they sell."And NO...keeping the car (which gave me the total willies every time I got behind the wheel) or selling it to some other innocent person - was NOT an option.  I'm not like you...I couldn't take money from someone and sleep at night after selling a car like that.Glad you're happy. And I'm also glad I found a decent car dealership to purchase another Mustang from - one that doesn't have dead rodents or poop or bugs...

Hi [redacted], I've tried emailing you and calling you to review. The mileage was an internal typo on our part and was corrected immediately. Other than that one message you received in error, there is nothing else needed to correct the typo. We know the correct miles, you have the correct miles, our...

Hello, we responded, addressed and resolved this issue. Princess was provided the service she requested. We appreciate her business, and hope that we have retained a customer for the future. Best, [redacted], Sommer's Automotive.

Hello,Once again, we are very sorry about the situation. When the vehicle came in on trade, the issue mentioned did not come up to three different parties: the manager who appraised the vehicle, the technician who inspected the vehicle and the person who detailed the vehicle prior to the vehicle being delivered to the customer. Regardless of this, we did respond to the customer's requests immediately when the issue appeared, which was well after the vehicle was out of our possession. We attempted to fix the issue because we wanted to satisfy the customer and have them continue [redacted]hip. At the customer's request we purchased the vehicle back, we didn't have to nor did they need to sell it to us. If the customer wanted to pursue a private party sale, trade it in elsewhere, or discontinue [redacted]hip of the vehicle in some other manner in an attempt to achieve a different outcome, they certainly had the option to do so, and this would have been appreciated from the dealership's standpoint as well. We are glad that the customer found other transportation and hope it serves them well for many years.

Hello [redacted], thanks for your comments and I apologize for what you have mentioned. We have gone back and forth a few times with some information on the current state of automotive paints from manufacturers and why Simoniz Glass Coat, an international product, is a solid protective coating to keep...

paint exteriors looking fresh and new. I don't believe that my 3rd party answers have satisfied his questions regarding manufacturer paints, so we have just assumed that he will not purchase the product. Many customers do purchase it, many don't, it's totally up to the consumer. Simoniz has additional information about automotive paints, they could be reached directly as well to discuss the product. Many dealerships offer the product and can apply it, so if down the road you do decide to apply it, you can take it to your local dealership or we can provide some assistance on where you could go to have it done. We hope you enjoy your Subaru and let us know if there is anything else we can do. Best, [redacted] ###-###-####
