Today's response and requirements for resolution First of all, the law in Oregon states that only one of the parties needs to be aware that a phone call is being recordedSecond, we technically didn’t record any of the phone callsThe marketing company that provided *** with our information records all incoming calls through their site to determine weather or not the call is to be considered a qualified and billable leadWe pay the for phone calls and that is how they keep track of itThe second call is actually a voicemail that *** left with our collections company not a recorded phone callFortunately, these also help us hold people accountable when they enter into a verbal agreement, break it and then lie about itJust as *** has done here*** keeps trying to say that we are somehow discriminating against her because she is a disabled veteranThat is impossible due to the fact that we give a discount to veterans and also, the first time that we heard that she is disabled was in her initial complaint to the DOJWe find it reprehensible that a veteran would stoop to this level of deceit to get out of paying what she owesWe actually do have customers beating down our door for serviceWe just choose to leave some time open on our schedule for emergency calls that come inWe used one of these emergency slots for ***s appointmentSo when *** cancelled at the last minute, we lost the money from her appointment as well as the money she cost us on the back endOur schedule is the lifeblood of our business and ***s lack of respect for our time cost us more than the $we billed her forTo be honest, this is more of a hassle than its worth and we were just going to remove the collections and let it go until we noticed that *** has gone and spread the same slanderous lies about us all over the internetIf *** agrees to take down all of these comments, we will agree to remove the collectionsIf *** refuses to take them down, we will do everything in our power to hold her accountableThank you Josh R***
