I have had a prepaid monthly service contract with this company for over years During that time, they have provided annual service checks on my furnace and air conditioner, changing out the furnace filter annually I have had my thermostat replaced twice - once while I was away on vacation during the winter and the temp in the house dropped to degrees before it was discovered Service was prompt (24/7), reliable and completely without additional charges The technician has always been very personable too, explaining what he was doing and why This past fall on the annual furnace check, a major crack in the heat exchanger was noted After some consultation with the owner, the technician informed me that they were going to fix this furnace, not replace it (only the heat exchanger was still on warranty, so the service costs would have been a major expense and a furnace replacement even more) The parts (on back order from another city) did take about weeks to arrive, but thankfully the weather remained mild - I would have been provided a heater if warranted though The work was done, no extra costs were incurred by me, and my furnace now works beautifully and is practically new in functionality as a result of this repair with new heat exchanger The peace of mind a monthly contract like this affords me is worth so much to me and then to have superior service in addition to this is what keeps me utilizing this company for their services I have received excellent value for my monthly fees

I have been a Service Right Now regular monthly payment customer for four years since we moved into our new homeOnce a year they attend to service the HRV, heating and AC units and provide furnace filters for use throughout the yearThere is no extra charge for this visit for monthly payment customers This year (2016) we postponed their visit in order to complete some home renovationsHowever, we had to shut down the furnace when the renovation dust work blocked the filter, causing the AC unit to freeze, drop a chunk of ice inside the furnace, then leak water onto the surrounding floorThey responded quickly when we phoned, checked the furnace for any damage (none) and explained what had happened there was no charge for this service callThey then subsequently attend one week later for the pre arranged annual service call I have been very happy with their service and response times the people entering the home are polite, clean up after their work, and most importantly explain what the situation is with your equipment I do recommend their service
In 2015 our furnace guy retired and we had to look for another heating and air conditioning firm. We called several outfits and finally decided to try Service Right Now. We are very glad we did. The young man, Steve, came to our house and checked our furnace and air conditioner. The humidifier that was installed by the previous company had never worked properly and their solution was to keep adding filters, pre-filters, and more-pre-filters. Steve replaced the humidifier unit, at about half the cost of the original, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Last week the furnace went out in our friend's house who had gone south for the winter. The vent pipes were blocked from the blowing snow we had last week. We discovered what had happened when we went to check on the house on Saturday. We dug out the vent pipes and my husband tried to restart the furnace without success. We called Steve and although he was on another service call at the time he promised to come right after. He arrived within about an hour. He quickly determined the problem, and replaced the motor. Had Steve not responded so quickly to our call I would have had to spend the rest of the weekend in a cold house with a space heater to keep the pipes from freezing. I am very thankful to Steve for his quick and efficient service. I highly recommend Service Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning.
I found [redacted] to be very punctual when coming to do a quote on a new furnace. I was explained very clearly the different types of furnaces on the market. There was no pressure sales pitch and gave a reasonable quote. His employees showed up on the scheduled date and time and were very polite and explained everything that was happening when asked. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner working non stop. The old furnace and ducting removed quickly and they not only cleaned up their discarded parts but vacuumed the carpet once they installed the new thermostat. Their workmanship was approve standard in my opinion. I would highly recommend Service Right Now to anybody.
