Recently I purchased an addition from SRAhome products. The staff was excellent,very professonal and did all the work according to timeline. They did a wonderfull job.MIke, tom, and the forman Ed [redacted] were very pleasent and were very concerned of the workmanship. I can say , I would recomend them to anybody. Fantastic Job..........

asked SRA Home Products to do repairs that SRA Home Products indeed performed the repairs that Home Depot requested. There is attached photos of the...

were completed.  At this time we would request that this compalint be removed as a SRA Home Products Revdex.com complaint.

Review: Mr. [redacted]'s crew from SRA working on condo unit above my unit. A leak occurred in kitchen are where his crew was working and caused water damage to my unit. After being in contact with Mr [redacted] by phone to review corrective steps to ensure my unit was properly fixed, I followed up with e mail to Mr [redacted] detailing conversation. In addition, I requested he confirm that his crew would be at my residence on the specified date. He never confirmed yet sent a crew to my location that entered my condo without my knowledge to attempt repair. The repair completed was not in accordance to what we discussed nor to what was sent on the e mail. I have no proof that Mr [redacted]'s crew performed the repair properly. Mr. [redacted] refuses to send me proof ensuring that there is no interior damage as a result of the water from the unit above mine. I contact Mr. [redacted] directly and spoke with him on June 12. During this call, Mr [redacted] agreed to send me picures and certification that repair was properly completed and water damage on interior wall properly mitigated. To date, I have not recieve any such documentation or evidence of proper repair. In addition, there is a section of drywall on upper left corner of wall that was never replaced by his crew. This section has developed a crackDesired Settlement: Payment for damages to be properly repaired by a licensed contractor and water damage specialist.
