Dear Sirs:I am responding to a complaint that was filed against our company on November 10, 2015.After reviewing the account I found that the system indicates that the first billing statementwas generated on 06/26/2015, the second statement on 08/25/and then the accountwas transferred to an outside collection agency on 09/30/The customer paid the balancewith a credit card on 10/12/and again on 10/ 27/Because of the overpayment, ourcompany issued him a refund check on 11/04/2015.I have contacted the collection agency and have been advised that due to the size of this debtand also the fact that it was satisfied within days it was not reported and therefore wouldnot appear on the credit report.I hope this information is helpfulIf you need any additional information, please feel free tocontact me directly.Sincerely,MrsValerie VA***Billing Office Manager###-###-####

We have taken care of this claim, this was an error on our end.  We have emailed the customer that this claim has been voided.  We apologize for the error and this will not effect her credit.
