I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am Michelle the customer and I am writing in response to an email I received from you concerning my caseI was out of touch with my emails for a couple weeks and was only aware of the business response to my complaint on 3/**/17. I will accept that the business is agreeing to refund my $but the manager was specific in saying he does not wish to refund the money to me (The Wife) but to my husband insteadHe said I was loud and made a scene Of course I was loud and angry because I was the one being robbed $70. I was trying to explain that all communication was through me and not my husband because he does not have the time of dayI however, would be available to travel to Queens, NY to collect the money, but the business owner rejects. My husband would try to make a trip to collect the $but it would have to be after 7:00pm at night and at his convenienceThe business owner says that he's there everyday and he's willing to refund the money as long as it's not to me (very discriminating). Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

This issue would've been resolved on the same day I offered an exchange to the customer and I offered a store creditThe customer accepted but moments after his wife entered the store, then created a huge scene and cussed everyone, which I have video proof ofShe then proceeded to make racist and
negative comment in an attempt to slander my reputationShe behaved in a very bad way and kept repeating the phrase "The customer is always right!!" she never listened to any thing we were offering, my other customers at the time left the store only a few people came in, they then proceeded to call the policeThe police then advised her that there was nothing they could do, she still didn't want to listen to them which I have proof of in an voice recordingI wish to have this resolved and I will give a refund to them when the original receipt with the store credit is returned but this is no way for people to behaveThe way people be have really affects how they are treated after all we're all human beingsI will return the refund to the customer and not his wife
