I am rejecting this response because:First of all, SRC Roofing is completely straight out being untruthful about the whole situationRegarding a pending invoice of $that invoice was due to the insurance check when I deposited into my account, I told *** ***, ***'s son to not deposit the check I gave him yet because the insurance check I deposited into my account has a hold due to the amount, what did *** *** do he deposited the check and of course it bounced and had to be re-deposited again a few days laterThat's what the charge was for insufficient funds after I told them not to deposit until I give *** *** the green light which was only going to be about daysWhen I called *** *** she told me they would not send anyone out to look at the issue until the invoice was paid which I did payOn the paperwork it does not state that if some invoice is pending the warranty is voidedIt is also a straight out lie from *** *** that he sent someone to our house and people were working on our arch/roof and the reason I know is because things: I work from home and I was here and second I have security camerasThere was a red dully truck that came by and no one got off the truck it was parked in front of my house and took a picture and that's it and left, at the time no one was working on the roof or archway because we were waiting for SRC Roofing to come look at itRight away I called SRC Roofing and let them know that I just saw a red truck pull up to my house and took a picture from inside his truck and drove off, *** *** acted like if no they got off and I told him that was not the caseI have recording from my security cameras that was the only time someone was sent to our house but never got off there truck. As for the leaking it was their responsibility because it wasn't leaking in the porch before, again I took video of all those incidents*** *** saying his roofer did not get off because of conflict is a complete LIEAgain I have security cameras that record 24/and can go to each date and time for verification, I know of course that did not happen because I work from home 24/as wellI am amazed of how far SRC Roofing will lie. Overall SRC Roofing is completely lieing but there is always sides to the stories and I know for a fact I have video evidence that all that *** *** is saying is not true

Subject: Revdex.com complaint # [redacted]In regards to SRS Roofing's response is false, I did miss the first appointment but they could have called me I only worked 5 minutes away and they new that. I reschduled and took off work and they never showed up for the second appointment or would return my calls. this was for the issue below in the picture. I gave up on getting this issue fixed properly.  Now I have a leak around a vent they installed. I would understand if there was shingle damage due to storms but that is not the fact. The leak is caused by improper installation/labor of materials. I have a 5 year warranty on installation/labor in writing. Below are pictures of the shingles installed improperly around the vent.I recently added tar around the vent to keep rain out and from damaging more sheetrock in my kitchen until we can get this issue repaired properly. the shingles should not be on the metal shield on the down side of the vent. this causes water to sit in front of the shingles and go around them and cause damage. Every other vent shield on the roof is installed properly except this one. below are pictures of the other vents done properly.after almost 4 years of the water working its way around the shingles installed wrong it has rotted the decking and now leaks through the roof. below are pictures of the damaged decking in the attic.Below is a picture of my 5 year warranty in writing. I am willing to work with src roofing on the hole in the decking by installing the vent back in its proper place, but the vent that has been leaking due to improper installation needs to be fixed under warranty. Sent from my iPhone

SRC Roofing, LLC received a call from Mr. [redacted]  saying that he was having some work done on his arch way in the front porch and that they discovered the roof was leaking. I explained to him that he had not paid his final invoice after several notices had been sent to him and therefore...

he had no warranty. He agreed to pay the remaining amount if I would send someone to look at the roof. When my roofer arrived someone was already working on the roof and porch. when the roof was done in 2015 we did not do the flashing because it was not on the job order or contract. It was not paid for by the insurance company as well. We did patch the roof one time over the porch because he said it was leaking. We do not feel it is our obligation to pay for repairs that he called someone else to do. Our roofer did not get out to inspect the roof when he went by the house because some else was on the job and he did not want to create conflict. The home owner did not call in a reasonable amount of time to prevent damages to his porch. There was already damage from the roof leaking before we did the roof. He waited over a year to do the repairs and now expects us to pay for it after he hired another contractor. Our carpenter said there was rotted wood under the front arch when he was there in 2015 but the home owner did not replace it at that time. We feel that Mr. [redacted] Is trying to make us pay for an issue that we had nothing to do with.
