We stayed at Quality Inn on July 27. 2013. When we got there I asked to have the bill put on my credit card. Another credit card was used to hold the room. The receptionist said that would be fine. So she made a copy of my card. When we were getting checked in one of the guests was complaining about people smoking meth in the room next door. there were cigarette butts in the elevator. Our room was non-smoking but it reeked of smoke. The refrigererator did not work properly, the tv sound you could not hear it & nothing was done about it? Then I found out on July 30,2013, that they charged the wrong card. When I spoke to [redacted] at the hotel she said she was sorry & they would take care of the overdraft fees if I could send her a copy of the statement from my bank. My bank faxed it to her on July 31, 2013. I then checked with [redacted] she said she recieved it and it would be put back on as soon as her manager came back inside? She had talked to him about it & there was no problem putting the fees back on? I called her back on Aug. 5, 2013 & Aug. 8, 2013 and she said the same thing she would talk to her manager and see what the problem was? I called her back the 14, & the 16 of Aug. She still couldn't believe it wasn't back in there? I asked her to please have her manager call me. She said she would. On Aug. 19 I called her back the manager was now out of the country? But he would Call me as soon as he came back? On Aug. 28 2013 she gave me a # for corporate offices I called them they gave me a reference # 791 7231. On Sept. 4, 2013 I was sent an e-mail from the manager stating they would not return the overdraft fees.? Then on Sept.6, 2013 told me that was it they could not help me but he also begged me not to go to the Revdex.com.? I wonder why?
