Review: I was contacted by this collection agency as a scam so hopefully this address is correct. They called and told me that they were collecting on behalf of [redacted] Processing. They said I had a payday loan of $750 and they were willing to settle for $600. I told them I never do pay day loans. They went on to say perhaps it was a family member or friend. They had some of my personal information and brought up my mother's name who is now living in a home. I wasn't pleasant with these people and I began to demand to speak to a supervisor. They told me that if I didn't settle with them that I could go to court and have to pay court costs of $9000. I then called [redacted] Processing and they told me I took out this loan in 2014 and I told them I couldn't have because I didn't work most of 2014 because I was taking care of my elderly mother. I said this must be some type of Identity Theft and they said I could make a police report and they would be happy to turn over their records. I went to the police and also the ** Money pay day loan company and they both said this was a scam. I didn't give out any personal information as they did have an old address and I also didn't make any payments to them. I have contacted the State Attorney General's Office, Federal Trade Commission, and Fraud Alert.Desired Settlement: I just want them to continue to be listed unfavorably on the Revdex.com and let people know that they are scam artists.

Review: This company has been calling me and harassing me and my family, and also distant relatives that have the same last name as my maiden name. Last year they tried to call and harass me and my family for a company that was on my credit report about 7 years ago that has been taken care of. They keep telling me that I am going to be served and being taken to court and maybe going to jail. They are threatening my family telling them that I filed complaints against them and they need to contact them asap. Scaring people around me, and trying to scare me. I know that the debt has been taken care of and this company I believe is now bought out by a different company. Their tactics are scary and they are making my life a living nightmare. I have seen several reports on this same company with the same speech they are giving me they are giving to them. exactly the same wording and everything. They are also calling cell phones how in the world do they get cell numbers?Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop calling myself and my family!
