We have no record of the tow we are requesting more information about the complaint....where is was towed from...what type of "exotic" motorcycle and why the complaint is being filed two years later

Review: After having been pulled over for a traffic violation on my exotic motorcycle, which was in MINT condition(I have written proof from police department), I was forced by law to have my bike towed to the impound. SRS was contacted to perform the service. I was reassured by the police that my motorcycle would be in the same exact MINT condition when I pick up my bike from SRS. It was NOT! Not only would SRS NOT allow me to see my motorcycle before I made a payment to them, but after paying them, they forced me to sign a piece of paper without letting me read it first. Little did I know that SRS stated on this paper that there was "Minor scratches to headlight & tank observed before tow" After paying SRS, they told me to go around back to get my vehicle.

I noticed that the whole headlight assembly was severely scratched and gouged, both front and back wheels were severely scratched and gouged where they used chains to tie the bike down on their flat bed, and heavy scratches to the engine casing, brake calipers, and exhaust. I asked the owner why did you do this? His reply, "It was already like that and you signed the paper." Again I have police evidence that the motorcycle was in perfect shape with NO scratches anywhere before the tow.

I admit I made a mistake with the law and I paid extensive amounts of money for it, but I did not deserve to have a 3rd party tow company treat my MINT condition exotic motorcycle with disrespect and cause irreversible damage to very expensive parts of the motorcycle. I demand that the owner takes this like a man and pays it forward and admits that he performed poor service to a local. tax paying honest resident, and pays for the repairs to the wheels, exhaust, brake calipers, headlight, engine casing, and fuel tank to bring it back to the same condition as it was before SRS mutilated my machine. The damages they have caused are eye sores and it puts me, the rider, at risk of injury caused by their negligence.Desired Settlement: Apology and repair/replace headlight, wheels, brake calipers, exhaust, engine casing, and fuel tank at their expense and by my and the manufacture standards.
