I recently ordered shirts through S&S Active wear ***, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 on a credit card "over the phone" so I had to of course give my credit card information to the lady I was speaking to get my order processed. I hardly ever use my credit card on business material so I am very aware of my transactions on my credit card a few days later I receive a txt from my bank asking if these transactions were made by me, I call the credit card company and my card has been charged to jail phone calls, $300+ to *** and they tried to *** eat $20 for ***. S & S Active was the last place I used my card and gave my info over the phone. I got in contact with a manager and haven't heard back this is a serious matter and nothing is being done. I keep calling to follow up and still nothing.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. The payment came out of my bank account the day I placed the order. 3 weeks after the order I received a statement paid in full. Looked at my back account and the amount was taken out 3 weeks after it was placed. Was told there was an issue with th credit card process and that is why it took 3 weeks not 2-3. Didn’t think I had to watch my bank account for 3 weeks to see if it was taken back out. Never got a phone call or I’m sorry for th inconvenience. Not happy when th money was there for th bill, go on with everything and place another order. Again was processed 1 week after order and both taken out at th same time. Never again will I order from them

HORRIBLE customer service. I have had issues with orders from this company for a while now so I will not use them anymore - Im now getting my wholesale clothing from *** Sportswear - I've been ordering men's triblend Next Level t-shirts and it seems like each shipment the shirts are different from the last. I ordered three times hoping the 2nd time was just a fluke but again the shirts came in a different size than what my original sample shirts were - the XL was a Large size, the Medium was a Small, and the Small was more like an XS compared to the first order of the exact same style shirt I received. No refund was offered, no replacement shirts were offered even after I sent them pictures of the measurements of the incorrectly sized shirts to show that the shirts were made smaller than my sample shipment and their measurements online. Flash forward a month later - I ordered *** Canvas tank tops - some came with holes in them. Its now been over a month and they still have not refunded my credit card nor contacted me like they said they would 5 times over. HORRIBLE! Apparently their employees are paid to treat their customers terribly so they dont come back
