Hi ***,I have received the letter dated 12/13/regarding complaint from *** ***I wanted to reach out to discuss the matter with you and provide some insight.I'd like to first address the matter of the grout makerI received a text on ,11/28/from ***, ***'s wife, advising she
has chosen Delorean Gray grout from ***The following day, 11/29/2017, I texted *** to advise *** did not carry the Delorean Gray, she responded via text saying "something close is fine"Therefore, I chose Silver and texted her advising that I chose SilverThere should be no question what color grout I used, I had clarified that information via text on 11/29/2017. Upon completion of the job 12/06/2017, *** reached out via text advising her father was at the house and had noticed issues with the groutShe started texting me that day 7:am and continued until 12:pmThis is time out of my day, while I am working and completing other jobs. On 12/06/at 12:24pm after receiving on going texts all morning, I advised them both to "please stop harassing me or legal actions will be taken"Never did I say legal actions would be taken if they asked any further questionsI am willing to answer questions, however, when they are sending me multiple texts messages asking the same question over again within minutes, it becomes harassment. The amount of text messages from *** and her husband, ***, disrupted my work flow and moraleI received text messages after business hours and on weekendsFor example, on 12/03/at 9:32am, a Sunday, *** text me to ask what time we will be at her house on MondayWe have been there at about am everyday since the start of the projectThere is no need to text me to check on the start timeThe amount of texts received from the start was borderline harassment.At the end of the day on 12/06/at 7:08pm, *** *** text me stating "My wife is advising that most of the issues and concerns were addressed and fixedThank you for your workWe will attempt to put the pantry door back on." "Email her the invoice and I will write out a check for the remaining balanceThank you...". I will offer them $off their remaining balance of $This would bring their balance down to $1056.00.
