S&S Contractors

Review: I signed a contract with S&S Contractor ([redacted]) to repair my home from storm damage. He has done absolutely everything wrong by city codes. I had a city building inspector on my property and he ([redacted]) failed miserably. I am now in the process of filing with an attorny to get these issues resolved as well as refunding all the monies he has collected from my home owners insurance. As of September 6th 2012 his insurance lapsed. I called the state of WI to have his liscense revoked, however they cannot do so until his renewal date in June 2013. The advised me to contact you the Revdex.com in the mean time. He needs to be completely removed from any sort of contracting for anyone. He has done nothing but scam us as home owners.Desired Settlement: As of right now S&S Contractors owes me [redacted] the home owner the amount of $16,774.90. I would also like to be reimbursed for the time is has taken on this project. A total of 3 months as of 09/25/12. We have had to lived confined to our bedrooms.

Here is a copy of the estimate that I have. I do not have a signed one because the contractor has refused to provide me a copy. If you need anything else please let me know, I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you,
