We are due a refund of $*** which was the amount agreed upon by both parties, i.e. us and Mr. S, for cancelled work. Mr. S told us via email that the check was sent out the same date the check was written--August 4, 2018. As of this date, we have still not received this check.
A refund was issued to the consumer in the amount of $***.
