I emailing regarding the complaint we got for ID ***, she been calling our store harnessing us about a purchase she did in store in linden that closed downwe told her that store is not connected to our storewe even tried to help her get the parts she needs for that need but was going to
cost her some money she insisted on saying we have to do it for free, we having nothing to do with sale nor that storeshe also went on to call some of our whole sale dealers to make complaint about our storethat can ruin our relationship with those dealerswe been in business for a long team, and one thing all our customers and dealers know is we take care of all the damages and we have a great reparation, and we don't want to ruin thatplease if you can reach put to the customer and explain that to her and also to we wouldn't want this to ruin our reception online as a bad reviewif you have any questions you can call us back at ###-###-#### or at ###-###-####thank you Janice

I am rejecting this response because:
It is not the fault of the consumer that this business closed down a storeThey closed down a store but are under the same name and are recognized on their own website as one in the sameClaiming their customers are harassing them because we kept getting hung up on when asked to speak with a manager or asked the simple questions of how are website info and the employees of the previous store stating we could talk to this establishment about getting our problem resolved wrongThe issue is we have a broken bed that is a manufacturing issue, at which they still sell, but aren't going to help us out because that store wasn't personally given the money for itThey can keep stating over and over how they are not the "same branch" and "each branch is different" and the website and the employees are the liarsI just want my frame fixed or replaced without any more cash out of my pocket
