Review: This plumber quoted one amount over the phone for one job, but invoiced us for double the amount. He was paid in full nonetheless. On second job he refused to do it correctly when he was informed it was wrong and not to code. He was given several opportunities to repair it but refused. The second part of that second job, he got frustrated and stormed off leaving the job undone. He had been paid in full ahead of time for this second job, which also included coming back to complete after contractors were done. He never returned and was very nasty over the telephone when told he needed to come back and do it right.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for both invoices $$862.68 and $505.36 plus the money we had to pay someone else to at least complete part of what he had started $500.00. This individual seemed mentally unstable to us and frankly we do not wish to confront him in person. He tried to intimidate us by using scare tactics when we texted requesting that he please come back to finish so that our contractor could continue with his part of the work.
