Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: these remarks are simply not true! I told [redacted] from the very beginning that the neighborhoods website reported that if new flashings were not out on that the roof would leak and it didI’mIt sure what he means by abusive because the company S&S only texts and texts can be interrupted in many waysIt was their way if avoiding speaking to you so they wouldn’t have to deal with it! I can have my neighbor make a report and they will tell you the same that this company is very unprofessional late on work meaning you waited and waited and waited for anything to get accomplishedIn the beginning they literally had workers that didn’t know what they were doing just come to my house and I will show you the leftovers [redacted] the owner responding never came to my house to see any of the workI feel they felt they could take advantage of me and so they did so I didn’t cost him extra money his Contractor May have because the work was never dove correctly the first time I would never let this company work on my house againThank you Regards, [redacted] ***t

We have repaired all leaks and all damage caused by any leaks at Mrs [redacted] home. This damage was pre-exisiting and included in the original repairs unfortunately , Mrs [redacted] has been confrontational and verbally abusive for almost 2 years now. Her roof is not leaking and all repairs are complete....

Her only issue is a small metal flashing she states is so ugly she just can not live with it. This flashing is functioning and working properly and installed according to acceptable industry standards. Miss [redacted] has been rude and verbally abusive to me and My salesman [redacted] on many occasions, if needed we can provide copies of text messages she has sent. In ten years in this industry I have never been treated as badly as I have in this situation. Our workers now refuse to go to her home due to her antics and mistreatment, my laborers have been with me for many years and have never refused to work at a home. We have satisfied her on no less than 4 occasions only to hear from her later that she was no longer happy. We actually satisfied her to the point that she wanted to hire us us to do additional work on her property and we flat out refused due to her antics. Her roof was installed properly and according to all manufacturer guidelines. Her roof is beautiful, and her interior repairs are perfect, S and S restored her home to immaculate standards. I would welcome a chance to meet a Revdex.com representative at the property! It is not leaking and of course her roof is still under warranty at this time. We will of course respond to any warranty issues she has.  Mrs [redacted] had leaks around her skylights very minor ones caused mostly by condensation not actual leaking. We fixed these issues and any interior damage that had been obviously occurring for years free of charge. She changed her mind after the fact and decided she wanted an old flashing that was not included in her original work to be replaced. I advised her we would not replace the flashing as it was installed properly not leaking, she said if we did not she would file Revdex.com complaint a process she told me she was very familiar with.
