S&S Towing and Recovery

Staff has been extremely rude. Customer service representatives or owner hung up on me at least 3 times. Refused to give me the address to the towing company so that I could arrange a ride even after I paid off my debt to get my car back. Withheld my car from me for a full day even though the car was ready to be released by 12 PM. Staff gets very aggressive on the phone.

owner and operator held my vehicle for ransom to squeeze another day of storage fees from me. I contacted the owner with plenty of time for him to release my vehicle, but after I hung up the phone, he would not answer his phone. I contacted him at exactly 1200 noontime, and headed to the lot shortly after, I arrived at 115pm. I called the owner again once I arrived, he did not pick up the phone. Per their website and the company’s voicemail the lot closes at 4 pm.
