converted over to the coil spring suspension systern at the Midas located at *** *** *** ***NE locationThe Midas store then shut down for approx months and reopened in June 2015, *** *** came back to the reopened store to have us inspect her *** *** for ride height concerns in the rear of the vehicleWe have now inspected the vehicle, and informed *** *** to drop the vehicle off so we may replace the rear coil springs, at no charge, to raise the vehicle upThis should enable the rear ride height specification to be much closer to the original ride height when the vehicle had the Air Bag suspension system.If there are any questions, please call TKevin T*** at ###-###-####Additionally, Tim M*** and his team at the *** *** *** *** ** are waiting for *** *** to drop the vehicle offfor a day so we may service the vehicle.Thank you,TKevin T

Today is the first I have heard of this complaint. I did not receive a letter from the Revdex.com or any calls from the customer. I am sorry that the customer is unhappy and will happily void the invoice. We do not buy from [redacted], we buy directly from the manufacturers representatives. We do not install...
used parts. R-22 refrigerant is being phased out and has therefore become very expensive. There was obviously some misunderstandings here and I sincerely apologize to the customer. We do not take advantage of anyone ever. A simple telephone call and I would have resolved this on the spot.
