October 24, 2017Dear [redacted] , This letter is regarding complaint ID: [redacted] Mr [redacted] has made a complaint on my business with you and I am disputing this claimI have sent in supporting documents of text messages between the other party and I, as well as his post on craigslist that include slander to my personal name and business, as well as defamation of character and unauthorized forwarding to his email and phone for customers looking to do business with usHis text messages have been rude and unethical, as well as threatening one of my employeesWe also had to deal with insults and slanderous comments while dealing with him in person during the jobThere were several instances where we tried to explain the issues with the vehicle and things that would be required to be replaced to be able to uphold warranty, this caused several arguments and insults once again to my employeesDue to his attitude and his actions on craigslist regarding the insults, slander, defamation of character, unauthorized forwarding for my customers to his phone and email I am at the point of getting ready to sue him for his actions and the impact it has caused to my businessRegarding this customer we did everything we could to make sure he had a safe and reliable vehicle to drive away withDue to his insistence of not wanting to change and/or fix damages, his extremely unprofessional attitude, and for mistreatment of the motor he has voided all warranty regarding his vehicleIf there are in further questions or concerns regarding this issue feel free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] Manager, Service Writer: S.S.B.BRacing [redacted]
