I replied on 2/saying to send as priority mail and didn't receive, then replied on 3/and said to go ahead and credit pay pal, haven't heard anything back, my mail service has no idea about mail coming from SSDiesel, should be no problem to get mail, especially twice, just need to get my $and the problem will be resolved. *** ***

I had assumed he finally received the last check and all was good. It shows not cashed at the bank. I don't know what is going on here. Can I send to you by paypal instead? That way we can square up today. As of today, 4/10/18, I have just received info on where to send the payment. The payment has now been completed by paypal, to the account info provided. I apologize for the post office's inability to deliver a check to the address originally provided.Thank you! WaltSSDiesel Supply

I am very surprised a customer would spend the time to write a complaint instead of just asking. We have 5 phone lines and I answer around 200 emails per day from 7am to 9pm daily. The last correspondence was 7/14/14. The customer asked the status that day and I replied credit will be...

issued by 8/7/14, which is our published policy for refunds to be processed, 30 days. The item was received on Monday July 7th, not the 3rd, as we were closed July 3rd and 4th for the holiday weekend. The building was locked and no one was here on the 3rd. Problem being was when I pulled the order on 7/14 to respond, I then mis-filed it, my mistake, so it was not paid. A simple phone call or email could have cleared this up in minutes. At no time was I argumentative as stated. I never gave the customer a hard time, only offering to replace the defective item without question.  I have reviewed all correspondence and no where do I see anything to justify that statement.
A refund has already been issued this morning in the amount of $86.44 as requested, by paypal, the original method of payment.  I do apologize for my error which caused a slight delay.
