Review: Hired [redacted] of [redacted] Landscaping to remove mulch and lay paper and rocks in beds. Few days later moved small area of rock and noticed no paper was laid. Called Mr. [redacted] 6 times to ask about paper and he has not yet returned my call. That was over 3 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I would like stones removed and paper laid.
