I recently had sessions of physical therapy for my kneeWhen I went in for my 1st appointment I was told my insurance covered 80% and I was responsible for 20%They insisted I pay my 20% before serviceThey told me I needed to pay $before each session which I didThey are now billing me for an additional $and after a number of letters and phone calls they refuse to adjust the dollar amount and have now sent me a day demand letterTo keep this from going to collections I am sending in payment but I want this money refunded
