Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The respondent is not wholly accurate with his statement about his responsibilities for delivery of a product from his campaign The respondent offered specific "perks" for contributions to his campaign Per the Indiegogo Terms of Service, "Campaign Owners are legally bound to perform on any promise and/or commitment to Contributors (including delivery any Perks)." To whom it may concern, I am a entrepreneur/inventor and started a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo It's been about two years or so since I launched my crowdfunding campaign and have made tremendous progress throughout that timeWe now have the necessary connections and
resources to deliver our products from the campaign, however, please keep in mind that when contributing to a crowdfunding campaign, it is simply a contribution to an idea and or concept of a product that is not yet on the market and does not necessarily mean that you're purchasing a productPlease see Indiegogo's rules for contributions made by contributors for further informationThis however, does not mean we are not working on getting our backers the finished product as we are closer than ever and soon will be updating all contributors with the new and improved product/prototype.Best regards Spencer T***

I am rejecting this response because:In typical fashion, the respondent replies with a promise of "soon" (in this case, "shortly").  Continuous usage of this empty promise for two years has led me to believe this is a false business only set up to scam people of their monies.  The respondent/business owner would be far more believable by providing an actual date for planned release of this information and more importantly, actually keep that promise and provide a tangible update on said date.I also find it noteworthy that the backer community has submitted a plethora of inquiries for updates on the Indiegogo campaign page and Facebook page that have been met with rare response (always with a promise of "soon") but the business owner is quick to respond to an inquiry from the Revdex.com.Empty promises merely cement the belief that this is a false business and instead, clear and decisive action must be seen to be believed.
