[redacted] , [redacted] *< [redacted] >4:PM (minutes ago)to me Images are not displayedDisplay images below - Always display images from [redacted] To whom it may concern at Revdex.com: Thank you for facilitating I will respond back in bullet form if that is easier Shame on me for not printing out my original estimate .now when I log on to print it out it does read the and not less However, I still ended up pay I even commented on 5hrs being a lot and was told “I’m sure it will be less” by ***, yet it ended up at over 8hrs I did not pay a discounted rate Instead of the rate for a man crew of $120, I paid the rate of a man crew of $ Nothing was discounted Why would ANYONE pay for when only getting That IS part of my complaint but not even the part I am trying to get rectified It almost seems like the nature of this type of service I asked specifically the form of payment they took when we spoke on the phone and was told check was acceptable It was not until they started moving my stuff on to the truck that the “foreman” informed me I was to pay some in cash and some in the check I have two children, one who is special needs and both were ill The last thing I needed to do was make an extra stop for cash at the last minute My offense was not at the gentleman’s accent, but at the need to get the cash in the 11th hour as well as his attitude about this tip The high in Lynnfield on 8/at noon was WELL BELOW a “90+ day” The below information is from [redacted] My job was a small bedroom apartment Their difficulty was due to the fact they only send men thus having to break down the bed instead of moving it intact with men I described the bed in detail to [redacted] beforehand I even told him the name of the makera I have yet to receive contact from the company since the night of the move As far as fixing the bed .his answer of “wrapping a wire hanger” around the wood that evening was and IS unacceptable For the record the response was the closest to any apology thus farThank you [redacted]

[The wire hanger solution suggested by [redacted] was also followed by comments about the bed being fine and safe.  There was nothing about a "temporary fix"! I do not wish to deal with this individual due to his lack of truthfulness.  I DO want this fixed or replaced and would like to deal with his superior.]

This is in response to complaint # [redacted] First, I would like to offer my sincere apologies to our customer [redacted]. If for whatever reasons our customer feel that way - it is our fault.About the complaint.1. Ms’s [redacted] estimate was $622 – her final bill came at $742.50 – less than 20% difference. Yes, sometimes people got sick and that is why she was charged at discounted rate.2. Personal checks are not accepted method of payment for moving companies. We accept them occasionally as a courtesy to our customers. In above case Ms [redacted] was asked to pay in cash and took some offence in it, maybe due to an “accent of the foreman”.3. About tips.  Of course, tips are not mandatory and I apologize for a mover’s reaction. Although, this been a 90+ degree-day and difficulty of the job, quiet understandable.4. About the bed. To not go into details, we tried to contact Ms [redacted] to possibly fix the bed but so far got no response.Sincerely,[redacted]ManagerBoston Moving Co Inc
