What an amazing experience. Last time I bought a car from a dealership was 8 years ago. I'm always nervous but I was referred to Daylan from St. Albert Dodge and he called me within 10 minutes. I told him what I wanted (They just happened to have a 2014 Ford F-150 with everything I wanted), told him how much I could afford and told him it was up to him to make it happen. Well, he did it. Daylan and the other staff were outstanding. They have kept with all their promises and have treated me like a member of their family. They were were so good that the night I picked up my truck, my wife bought a Jeep from them too. If you want honest and caring service, Daylan, Ravi and the St. Albert Dodge team are the people to go to. Thank you for this awesome experience!

Mr. Chung booked an appointment to have his van checked out in our service department and than get an estimate on the repair. after doing the diagnosis and giving the estimate he was given the bill and informed that the charge for the diagnosis...

would be deducted from the repair bill when he wanted to do the work. if Mr. Chung wanted an estimate to repair a vehicle and already had a diagnosis why would he book an appointment and than bring his vehicle in for diagnosis and not merely ask for an estimate. when I contacted Mr. Chung he said he already had his vehicle repaired by his own mechanic. I talked to the service advisor that dealt with Mr. Chung and there was doubt that we had done exactly what he the customer had asked us to do. there may be a communication problem or language barrier, however I feel we have done all that we are prepared to do for Mr. Chung.
