I have the shoes and proof of the shoe polish staining and dent on my brown ankle boots which is from improper storage having the heavy boots on top of the other shoesYou can see very visible the same shape and size of the black boot imprinted on the brown bootsYes he is right the other shoe has a stain ( a small circle stain on the opposite shoe of the damage done by him) and it was not removed from the shoe as he did explain but that is not my complaintThe shoes have white stitching and you can see exactly where the black shoe polish was transferredI also asked simply for him to polish out the black polish and he said its dirt and refused to even try and rectify my complaintHe said they are used shoes what do I exceptpersonally I expect him as a shoe maker to only work with used shoes if they were new why would I even need his servicesThe zippers are silver in colour when we agreed on black he agreed it looks cheap and used a spray paint to cover up the silver instead of replacing the zipper tabs to what was agreed on when I left my shoes for repair, this is something that I paid over dollars forHe even pulled out a black zipper pull and showed me what he would use and then when he completed the work he used silver which was never discuss and I left my phone number for him to call if anything changes on what was agreed these are dollar bootsThis work was not done as he promised, the work in my opinion was done very poorly and I have the shoes to prove itEven after taking a better look at the work he completed on the knee high boots his stitching is completely crooked and has loops in the thread use to attached the new zippers its done very poorly and I have the boots to prove it. I put in a formal compliant with St Albert Centre for the poor service I received and I was not the first person to do so on this shoe repair place, earlier that week he refused to service a lady with her shoes and told he he doesn't work on cheap shoesI would have complained to that is offensive.

I am rejecting this response because: The work was not done as discuss and he was not willing to fix the mistakesHe said they are used shoes and I can get someone else to fix thempretty disappointed in his customer service and craftsmanshipI feel because I will have to pay another shoe maker to fix his mistakes and the work was not delivered as promised, my money should be refunded so I am able to pay another shoe maker to rectify his bad workI would be happy to provide photos or bring the shoes in for review I think once you physically see the work and damage it won't be over looked as "dirt" and my complaint is valid.

woman who came to mystore wanting repair for pairs of shoesThere is a lot of fabrication and claims that have beenmade by the complainerFirst the black knee high boots was well done, zippers were replaced and shewas informed before the repair took place that these are zippers available to be used in the repair andshe agreedShe was very happy with the polish job as wellWe polished the boots after we replace thezipper, the job was well doneWhen we do a polish job it be completely dry and done perfectly beforehanded back to the customerIt will never effect or stain anything it comes into contact with becausethey are only given back to the customer when they have been polished and dried with our machine.The complaint that the polished boots which were given back to her nice and dry allegedly stained herother shoes in the bagThis occurrence is impossible because part of the polishing process is drying thepolish job completely by a machine which is in our shop.The brown ankle boots were to be cleaned only as requested by the complaintThe brown ankleboots already have a stain on it and I told her that stain cannot be removed and it will remain there afterthe cleaning job she requested for the brown ankle bootsShe was informed this prior to the cleaningjob and had no problemsShe also mentioned that the brown ankle boots were initially damaged andcomplaint claims that this occurred because all her shoes were placed in the same bagThese brownankle boots were never damaged while being in a bag on the shelf in my storeThe shoes can sit withother pairs of shoes in a bag on the shelf for one year or more and remain the sameThis claim by thecomplaint is propitious and false.Complaint mentioned she was charged extra $for each boot and I have no idea what she istalking aboutAll we discuss, complaint and I, the whole works will be $220.00, complaint agreed andpaid $deposit and she also agreed to pay the remaining $when she picked up her shoes.When she came to pick them up complaint said she did not want to pay the remaining $balancethat was owed to me therefore breaking the contact that was her and I agreed on prior to any repairs.I informed the complaint that she cannot receive her shoes unless she pay the remaining balance of$120.00, after that complaint agreed and paid the reaming $and she received the shoes.Now I do have a complaint against the complaintShe was using profanity in a family orientedmall as well as she conducted herself in a very disruptive manner towards me in my shop which at thetime was filled with customers waiting in line behind herShe clearly caused defamation towards me bymaking claims and shouting profanities at me in front of my customers informed complaint as abusiness owner at St Albert mall I do not tolerate that obscene language and I myself as business ownerapproached the situation in a very civil manner making sure to address his woman issues and complainstherefore resolving the situation as smoothly as possible and with her leaving happyUnfortunately shedid not want to act civil towards me and therefore left unhappy because of her unwillingness to act civiltowards meThis recollection is the absolute truth and I appreciate the opportunity address any of yourconcerns.Sincerely Ahmed E***
