The parties referenced in this complaint have never done business with our companyWhen the company president contacted the complainant about his complaint he was repeatedly told "I do not consent to discussing this complaint" and a lot of other unhelpful nonsenseIt was explained to the complainant that if they refuse to help the company understand what their issue is and how it relates to the company that the complaint would be considered closed, the complainant still refused, in a verbose manner, to explain any part of their complaintThe complaint is considered unresolvable since the company has no information of any use regarding the complaint
