St Anthony’s Center For Physical Rehabilitation

Review: On Tuesday, May [redacted], I brought my Dad to St. Anthony's Physical Therapy in the Warwick Shoprite Plaza. I was given the next 3 visit dates which were for Friday, May [redacted] at 11:30, Tuesday, June [redacted] at 11:00 and Thursday, June [redacted] for 11:00. When my Dad went on Friday, May [redacted], he was told there was no appointment and to come in on Saturday. When I took my Dad on Tuesday, June [redacted] at 11:00, I was told that his appointment was for 2:00. I had the appointment card and one of the Therapists saw how upset I was and "fit" in my Dad. The [redacted] even told me that I was right on the times and she didn't know what happened. So, she went ahead and booked my Dad for the month of June into the middle of July for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00. Today, a different [redacted] called me early afternoon to check appointments and mentioned Friday. When I told her my Dad was booked for Tuesdays and Thursdays, she told me that some days were not booked in the computer. Fed up is putting it mildly. How hard is it to put a name by a date?!?!?! A child could do that. I spent over an hour this morning, changing some of my Dad's Doctor appointments to make sure we stuck to the "so-called" 11:00 schedule. I asked the [redacted] if I could speak to the Supervisor. She was there, but was busy and asked if she could call me back. Did she call me back - NO. I am so disgusted. Some of those people are so unprofessional. I would like to take my Dad somewhere else, but I would have to travel 20 minutes away and my Dad really likes the Therapist that works on him. My Dad is 73 years old and has had 3 strokes and a [redacted] He doesn't need this aggravation and neither do I.Desired Settlement: I would like my Dad to be on the Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 calendar. Funny how they had that opening and now they don't. If they still claim it can't be done, I will take anywhere from 10:00 until 1:00.
