This place has a freakin Witchy and Dumb Manager. The Manager at this complex, Linda is nutty. Most of us tenants regularly encounter this dumb manager refusing to respond with clear cogent answers to direct tenant questions. Such as: what is my water bill and how did you calculate the charge. Manager response: “Everybody gets billed for water.” Tenant, Right, how did you calculate the use and determine the bill? Manager, You are being rude to me. Tenant walks away with contorted frustrated look on his face. The manager begins stating to fellow tenants implying…”tenant asking a legitimate billing question is “ causing problems” Manager continues this same behavior with multiple tenants when legitimate feedback or questions are communicated. It is like this woman is Schizophrenic.
Appeals to Company Director are ignored and tenants have zero recourse.
A water heater floods tenant unit and the tenant is blamed by manager and told to use her own insurance to cover the damage - to the building. The water heaters are maintained by Manager and kept behind locked doors. The tenants cannot possibly influence a water heater flood. It’s a crazy response and infuriates tenants who are flooded.
This Manager keeps locking the Business Office doors during business hours.
She then reported UPS driver who tried to knock on the door to make a delivery to her… what is that?
The postal worker is required to deliver mail addressed to the property. The Manager complains, fights with the worker and then holds mail for weeks which should have been returned to the post office. Why is she doing this?
Every single interaction with this manager is itic and pisses tenants off.
The Company St Anton Management will not respond when good tenants try to inform them their manager is a nut and she needs psychiatric help. It is driving the tenants to move out and pissing them off.

There is no reason this woman should ever be permitted to manage an apartment complex…she is manipulative and badly oppositional.
Nothing she states can be relied on as fact.
The single most bizarre behavior we have ever encountered by a manager.
Awful company…mentally ill, ditzy paranoid manager.
