Review: The health care agency advertised for a new digital Mobile Mamography exam. I attended an event and my provided my health insurance information, a [redacted] exam was performed on 7/**/2013 by a technician. I completed all paperwork and was never contacted (despite my several phone calls to the Coordinator of the program and to the hospital patient relations department)regarding the outcome of my [redacted]. As a result, it is now the middle of September and I will most likely have to repeat my exam. I left an emotional appeal on the voice mail to express that the outcome of a [redacted] exam is a stressful situation.Desired Settlement: The stress that I have undergone because of wanting to know the outcome of my [redacted] exam cannot be compensated for..and the absence of having an outcome leaves me in a position to have to have another.

[redacted] did not receive the results of her [redacted] in a timely manner. I did contact patient and she was informed of her results, and results have been mailed to her again. We believe there may have been mailing system problem and corrective action has been taken. I have also faxed a copy of the results to her primary care physician. [redacted] was satisfied and I apologized for any delay or upset this has caused her. [redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
