I'm not sure where to beginI brought my truck to Ziebart of Albany to get undercoated and diamond gloss, which is a paint protectionWhen I first brought it up to Albany, which is two hours away from my house in [redacted] , but the closes one to meI had my oversized after market wheels on, which stuck out past the fender wellsThe following day I got a call from Ziebart and they said they couldn't do the work to my truck because it wouldn't fit on their liftI said ok I can put the stock wheels from the factory back on it and bring it back up to youWhen I got there to pick it up it was after business hours so they left the key for meI was doing a walk around and saw that they had scratched my $rim so bad that there were even cuts in the tireThey next day I called and told them about it and they said they didn't do itAfter going back and forth with them they agreed to pay for a new wheel So I switched the tires, and dropped the scratched wheel to the tire shopWhe
Had an appointment for 9:30AMDrove miles they were going to check the undercarriage because we had the truck undercoat with Zbart in order to keep the warranty up to date, we had to have them check the underneath of the truck every yearWe were there on time , they told us it would take a couple of hours since they had to wash and dry the under part of the truck, we went to a mall and around 2:we called they said would not be done till later afternoonWhen we got back to the store we told them to give us the truck we were leaving, they said it would take another hour we should wait, we said noThey told us our truck was on the lift, the truck was still out in the rain not on the liftWe left without their serviceWe even had to call them the day before to confirm our appointment
