Phone response, Tony states - I am willing to refund the $that was to go to the foundation, and the $for her base, but I believe I should be able to keep the other $for payment for all the running and work that I have done for herI have done drawings (which she received copies
of, and could go to another place and use, meaning I would be out the sale ) traveled to competitors for pictures, and factoriesI have logged over miles on my vehicle working for her, and she has changed her mind different times

I met with Tony's partner, (Becky), on Dec.15,2015. I received a check for 200 dollars for the cost of the base. Becky and I are still working on an agreement in this matter for the other 1000 dollars that is owed to me. We will discuss it further the week of Dec.28th after she checks on some details about the matter.
