Per my resolution letter sent to Revdex.com on 7/16/2016, I did attempt to call the consumer and unfortunately,no one answered but I did leave a voice mail message

As a courtesy to Mr*** I took the initiative to contact his insurance company to see if they would upgrade this incident from an out-of-network to an in-network claim. However, due to the circumstances in this particular case, they can only do such an upgrade for an accidental injury which in this case it is not. We have attempted every possible means to reach an agreeable resolution to this matter. Mr*** will also have to make some phone calls in order to try to resolve this issue
