Ms*** is not our customer.We installed the gutters for the previous home owner, who was happy with all work.Ms*** purchased the house from a previous home owner, nothing has changed on the home since we did the original work.We have already gone to her home and lowered the gutters by
1/inch, which she claims we did not do, but I have shown her the pay stub from our employee that we paid him to do the work.I have also recently given her a contract to sign that we will lower the gutters one more time at no charge, but we will not take responsibility after that. As we have explained to her the problem is that there should be a diverter installed, not lowering the gutter.I am attaching the documents I have provided to her for your reference.We have done everything to make this woman happy, but it does not look as if she wants to hear any constructive information.Again she is not our customer and should not have any right to make a claim with Revdex.com against us.*** ***, President

I have attached the email correspondence I've had with StCharles Exteriors about the matter in dispute. I have also attached the photos I sent to him showing the water gushing from my roof (this occurs in spots) and how the gutters are improperly installed above the roofline. The zipped pictures are from my first email to StCharles Exteriors and then the single picture is the one I sent to him this past weekend to show the gutters have NOT been fixed and are still above the roofline. I think the pictures and emails speak for themselves and show proof of the problem. I keep getting error when I try to send pictures so I will try to send them at a time.....Please let me know if more information is required?Thank you.*** ***

We were very happy that we were able to get a cancelation from the supplier for Mr. [redacted]'s contract.They do not always allow this if they have already started making up his order.Since we have already paid a deposit to the supplier, we are currently waiting for them to returnthis money, so we...

We are in receipt of the complaint from Mr. [redacted].We are very surprised with this.  We installed a roof for Mr. [redacted] in July of this year.  He was billed for the roof and he paid for this in full. There are a few minor repairs that we agreed to do for Mr. [redacted] when we could get to it,...

such as patching siding, installing his gutter guards.  We did not bill Mr. [redacted] for any of these services as they are not done.  Mr. [redacted] did not pay anything for these services, all he has paid for is the roof that we completed and billed for.  Therefore, we are returning the contract to Mr. [redacted] for the repairs not yet done.

Again, we are happy to lower the gutters for her.  We just do not want to keep doing this.  Therefore we are asking for her to explain what she wants done and we will take care of it.She still has not provided any documentation that she was our customer, because she is not our customer.

Mr. [redacted] job was in 2012.We provide a 1 year warranty on gutters and 10 years on roofing, which we explained to Mr. [redacted] in person.Mr. [redacted] removed the roof on his back porch himself and replaced it.  As we explained to him in person we would have replaced his section of roof...

at no cost to him under his warranty.  However since he elected to remove the roof himself he would not be covered.  The roof on his house will still be covered for the balance of the 10 year warranty.With regard to the gutters.  When I was at Mr. [redacted]'s home he showed me screws put in his gutters.  I do not believe our company used these screws.  We only hang gutters with the proper Grover gutter hangers.  Our crews do not carry random screws on the trucks.  We only carry Grover hangers and small zip screws.  Additionally, we provide a 1 year gutter warranty, and it is now 5 years since they were installed.We are happy to work with our customers on proper claims to make sure they are covered.  However, these claims are not warranted.Sincerely,St. Charles Exteriors, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:  I HAVE REPEATEDLY TOLD Mr. [redacted] WHAT I WANT DONE TO RESOLVE THE WATER PROBLEMS WITH THE GUTTERS.  IT IS REPEATED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE EMAIL STRING WITH HIM THAT I COPIED AND POSTED TO THIS SITE.  I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE HE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT I WANT THE GUTTERS THAT ARE INSTALLED ABOVE THE ROOFLINE TO BE LOWERED...  HOW HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND?  I ASKED THAT THEY SCHEDULE THE REPAIRS TO BE DONE WHEN I AM HOME SO I CAN MAKE SURE THEY FIX THE GUTTERS EXACTLY WHERE THEY ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND HE DECIDED TO IGNORE MY REPEATED REQUEST AND SEND SOMEONE OVER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME SO I COULD BE HOME.  SO IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM IF HE OR HIS WORKER CAME BY MY HOUSE AND DID NOT REPAIR THE GUTTERS PROPERLY.  HOW OBVIOUS IS IT THAT WATTER FROM MY ROOF CANNOT FLOW INTO GUTTERS THAT ARE INSTALLED ABOVE THE ROOFLINE!!!  HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO REPEAT THIS FOR HIM TO UNDERSTAND?  THIS COMPANY MUST BE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT IF THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT AND KNOW THAT GUTTERS INSTALLED ABOVE THE ROOFLINE NEED TO BE FIXED BY LOWERING THEM BELOW THE ROOFLINE. GOOD GRIEF!  AND I HAVE THE TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY THAT I POSTED TO THIS SITE FOR THE GUTTERS AND I AM THE HOMEOWNER NOW....WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS???
