Sorry the Visor was not an item that was covered I will work with my people to review this type of work before customers come in Your trip was not a complete waist of your time as we did take care of a safety issue that needed to be addressed Again thank you for your feed back and we will work harder at reviewing items before you come in

My wife and I drove from Cincinnati to StCharles, IL (hours) The reason NONE of the dealers in the tri-state area could touch their pricing I hope more people drive to StCharles Toyota to purchase and maybe the local dealers will lower their prices The whole experience was great from start to finist is a family owned business and it shows

This was the first time I went out to explore options in the search of a used car, and after evaluating different choices I found St Charles Toyota as the best option for my preferences and budgetI got a reasonable low interest rate for a first-time client and a gentle selling service, with a special mention to Rob *** It's been two months since I bought a Camry, and I can't be more pleasured with that choice right nowI totally recommend this dealership

Until we have part form Toyota we can not fix her problem We have people waiting for over a year for parts to be releasedThis is a National problem and not something we can do anything about

I bought a used Corolla at the dealerBob *** was very courteous and helpfulHe provided excellent service and advice, which helped us to make decision easilyOverall I have a good experience and sales persons over there are friendly

What a great dealership to work with! I drove hours to pick up my new Toyota *** and it was well worth it! The price was more than fair compared to other dealerships, and the staff is exceptional! I don't have enough good things to sayvery clean facility, amazing employees and a great deal! I am definitely a happy customer and will return to this dealership when I'm in the market for a new vehicle again!!! I have to thank *** for offering me his lunch! Haha

I am rejecting this response because: There was not a safety issue that was taken care of by any means. After inspection, I was told that based on a 7 year rule from when the vehicle was purchased, I could pay $150.00 now to have this "safety issue corrected". My vehicle is a 2008 Toyota that was purchased on your lot and bought in 2011. Based on the time frame of purchase from what I was told was the reason by recall is now an additional purchase would lead me to believe this could have been avoided if the issue was more understood before I was told by multiple staff personal that it would be covered.

I am rejecting this response because: Again no resolution but told wait for parts response.  No accountability, continue to pass the blame to corporate "Toyota" in attempt to separate responsibility.  They still don't understand customers don't see a difference between Toyota corporate or Toyota dealership.  No attempts to come up with a solutions while customer wait for parts for years.  Overall I'm still dissapointed by lack of updates and car still burning oil at an alarming rate with no resolution in sight.  Very shameful way to treat a loyal Toyota owner who has only own Toyota products for over 20 years.

A Dealership that serves our family!
St. Charles Toyota has been a go to for our family. Both my son and I have purchased cars thru this exceptional dealership. Our Product Specialist Bob Pearson invested close to a year of watching for just the right vehicle for me, I knew when he called with a opportunity to get the right car it would be well worth my effort. His expertise and product knowledge is far above the average "car" salesman. We found the right car and was given a fair market value on my trade-in. Bob worked until we found just the right fit and moved with me to speak with the Finance Manager Roger [redacted]. Within 39 minutes the deal was done. This was a exceptional experience and I recommend this dealership 100%.

Unfortunately the battery failed and it is not under warranty.  Customer had also contacted Toyota Motor Sales and was told the same.  This battery is not serviceable so replacement is all that can be done.  Customer has had battery replaced buy independent shop.
