St Christophers Hospital for Children

My daughters doctor sent us here for allergy concernsIt took weeks to get an appointment! Then the appointment wasn't for another month and a halfI asked for a letter and update so we wouldn't miss itI never recieved anythingSo I called on Monday May 16th to make sure of the appointment and find out the timeThen called again yesterday and no answer as usualThen today the day of the appointment may 20th I called at when they open and left another message to know what time I should be bringing my daughter inAt I was walking out the door to go in person and called to find out that they had the wrong number and tried calling me to tell me thexactly doctor was not in today! They said they had given me a new appointment so I said that was fine as long as it's very soonThe lady on the phone then said well you appointment was at 8:which means you missed it anyway so to reschedule you it won't be until July 1st! Why not give me the date I was initially getting when I've been trying to get in contact with you guys for a week's just for the appointment and I would have went in to get a new appointment anyway! She said she couldn't do anything else and I should contact my insurance and see if they have any other allergist I can go toSo unprofessional! I'm trying to find out what's wrong with my daughter and I have a court case before July and now I can't even have any information on my daughters health to provide cause I don't know what's wrong! Horrible!
