10/30/1:pm Telephone response obtained from the company as follows:The company stated they made the consumer aware that the products are used and sometimes touched up prior to the purchase.The company stated they did go back out to the consumer's home about days after the purchase to look at
the items. The company stated that the consumer advised them that they called another company and they looked at it and couldn't fix it. The company stated that they told the consumer verbally that because someone else worked on the items, the day warranty is null and void

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
