The Hyundai Tucson that I purchased was originally listed on StCloud Hyundai's website for the purchase price of $17,995, this price was confirmed in an email between Jon *** and myself, which I have attached
I had reached out to Jon via email to discuss getting the purchase price lower than the listed price of $17,as the KBB showed the value between $15,- $19,I had noticed a few things small things wrong with the vehicle, ripped leather on the passenger seat, scratches inside the driver's side door and rear door that I felt the price should be lowerIn the attached email you can see that Jon indicated what a great price $17,is considering it had a lifetime powertrain warranty and the NADA retail value of this vehicle was $20,
Correct me if I am wrong, but if the advertised and agreed on purchase price is $17,my financing should not reflect the $20,The totals should look more like this:

Trade in $5,
Gap $
Taxes $
Other Fees $
Total License $
Subtotal $14,
Cash Down $
Lien Trade In $3,
Total Financed $17,
If the financing had been done correctly, my payment should be around $408, as the email indicated rather than the current $
Additionally, in his response Mr*** indicated I should contact himI had made several attempts to contact both himself and Mr***, the individual that processed my paperworkOn Monday August 24th I called to speak to Jim and was told he was on vacation until August 27th and leaving him a voicemail was not an optionI then left Phil a voicemail on August 24th & 26thI also called to speak to Jim on August 28th and was told he was not available and did not have a voicemailI did receive a voicemail from Phil on August 29th at 10:am and responded within an hour left Phil response voicemail and still have not heard back from him
