requests to get the financing that is available for each clients unique situations.I understand the frustration that the *** family is going through as this loan has taken longer than average. I am sure they are excited to get it done as it is a great loan that will make their family stronger financially. The loan is still active, moving forward daily, and not denied as of today. The underwriting process is in its final stages and we are expecting the final approval by this upcoming week The financing of this property for the *** family is tough as they have learned through talking with many financing companies before us. We are working hard to get this done for them as we touch the file daily and move it forward. We are sorry for any inconvenience this timing has caused, but insure if we can close the loan presented, they will be rewarded with it's benefits.As for answering the phone, there maybe a communication breakdown. The loan officer is the first stop when it comes to communication. The loan officer has a cell phone with him at all times and should be answering and returning calls during business hours. Where the breakdown in communication maybe is the *** family maybe calling into the processing center instead of calling the loan officer directly to get updates. In talking to the loan officer, there may also be a communication break down between talking to Mrs*** vs Mr*** as they are in different locations most of the time because of his profession. We had a meeting about this complaint with all parties involved in the file and will insure great communication with both Mrand Mrs*** to insure no mis-communication during this exciting financial decision to improve their personal finances.
