We have been working with the customer and communicating with customer during the construction of their projectI *** was working with the customer to resolve punch list items and told customers that the only thing I could do to reduce the bubbles was install smaller blower motorCustomer did not
like my response contacted Revdex.com in the morning to file complaintThe same day customer sent me an email saying that he had called other pool companies and they stated they all said putting smaller blower motor would resolve issueHowever since a complaint had been filed with the Revdex.com I hired *** *** to come out and inspect our workmanship to give customer peace of mind. Inspector recommendation was to replace blower motor with smaller Horse powerTHE SAME THING THE CUSTOMER WAS TOLD PRIOR TO FILING HIS COMPLAINT WITH Revdex.comDue to weather we have not been able to make changes to correct to many bubbles in poolThank you,

At St.Croix Custom Pools we take all consumer complaints very seriousWhile we do not feel we have done any wrong doing with this customer we are willing to refund $if said customer is willing to remove his complaint.

filter clean for said customer as well as re-cleaned pool last Friday before customers family partyThat following Monday evening the Houston Area received severe storms that dumped heavy rain in the areaThe rain therefore flooded the backyard causing debris and dirt to go into the poolCleaning this debris on would not fall into pool cleaning dutiesTypically we would charge a disaster Cleanup fee.
