departure due to this and the fact that there were still items left in his site for awhile after his camper wasn't there
The meter on his site was read on July 31stThe electricity due from May - July is $He paid a $electric deposit, so I show he is owed $We will be issuing a check for the $that he is owed
According to our reservation system we did not have anyone in that site until August The contract also states "If you sell your unit or vacate your site before the end of the seasonal contract year, we reserve the right to use the site for the remainder of the year."
I have not received any communication from Mr*** until we received this complaint notice

The electric usage is falseI have a record of the electric meter readings every wk-end I was there including the day I pulled camper outI also have records for the previous year when my electric usage was about $for the entire seasonMy camping neighbor sent me picture of a camper in my spot on july 3, in which I still haveI texted Sue on Oct 8th and on Dec 29th, both still on my phoneThere was nothing left on my site as of June 5th except one concrete block that was left there for me to use

The details that we have to go by and with the signed contract we feel that we have the same accurate details as you feel you haveDue to the fact that we were not notified when you actually departed we weren't able to verify your electric meter with you
We do not feel that we owe you the $that you are requesting however we will at this time issue it
