I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I was told I was signing up for 1 month and said it to [redacted] twice.  I only used the facility for 1 month. This is clearly a ploy to get more money. I am a single mom and cannot afford more than one month. Like I said before their was another patron in their business complaining of the same issue .  That should of red flagged me . They must get many complaints . I think it is reasonable to ask for my refund and because I only used the facility for 1 month I think that's fair. If I thought it was for a year why did I stop after a month ?Sincerely,[redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] As per our phone conversation I appreciate the Revdex.com re-opening this complaint.  Thank you for your understanding and concern as well.  As I stated before, I believe that this company has set up a membership payment structure as to hurt the consumer and to continue to draft money from their clients accounts.  After further research, I have found numerous complaints (several with the Revdex.com) and other consumer websites against St. Croix Tanning that very similar to mine.  There seems to be a pattern here where the clients thought they were signing up for a monthly plan and then St. Croix Tanning continued to draft money from their accounts for months afterwards.   In some cases, even after the client canceled their membership.   For the record, I never received a copy of such an agreement that they are indicating until I went to the salon in person to complain.  I find this to be very concerning as well.  I believe they need to do the right thing here and provide some reimbursement.  To dismiss it as they have is unacceptable. Remember, I only showed up twice in the month of June 2015 and was billed over $350.  I was told my membership was unlimited for that month. There are many concerns I have with the handling of this matter.  Thank you.
Regards,

I am the owner of St. Croix Tan.  I am proud of my employees as well as the business and reputation we all have worked hard to earn over the past 15 years.  Although we have thousands of satisfied customers, we are not perfect.  Mistakes happen to everyone.   We readily...

admit to as much.  We take great efforts to reduce the frequency and correct mistakes when they are found.  We value our clients 100% and I am truly sorry to hear about [redacted] unhappiness. However, when I am accused of running a scam, I become, understandably so, hesitant to engage.  If [redacted] would like to resolve this matter, a civil and reasonable approach must be adopted.  We promise as much and more in return. Sincerely,Vincent C[redacted]
