I am responding to the complaint filed by *** ***I am familiar with the pool, because I was the one that went ot to measure the pool for a winter coverWe did not install the pool and looking at it, it is an older poolWhat happens over time is the liner looses it’s elasticity and can
begin to sag in areasI had one of my employees go to her home to try to fix the issue she was havingHe repaired it as best he couldWhen she called the office unhappy with the job, we did offer to refund her the cost of the service call, but she wanted us to come back insteadWe are unable to do any better because of the age of the liner
