For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of 12/the refund still hasn't arrived When I tried to discuss the matter with StElizabeth's billing department at the time of the initial bill, they were extremely rude, wouldn't discuss the matter, only threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay the amount I eventually paid it to avoid them sending me to collections Now I patiently wait for that refund to arrive I look forward to putting my experience with StElizabeth Health Care behind me Both sides claimed to be right It's interesting to see StElizabeth's response for pointing blame at Humana for processing incorrectly From my perspective StElizabeth is at fault Regardless, I still await the refund
